Guardianship & Supported Decision Making

A guardian is a person, institution or agency appointed by the Probate Court to manage the affairs of another, called the ward. Guardianship is a legal process that is difficult to undue.  Understanding if a supported decision making plan is better serving for the family is important to explore.
