Show Choir – Every Tuesday Night – 6:30 – 8:30 PM starting 9.10.24

August

Monday, August 18 – 12:00 - 2PM – Show Choir Rehearsal and uniform pick up 

Tuesday, August 19 – 7:30 AM – 8:15AM – Sing for Opening Day Ceremony at BASH – Meet it Choir Room – Wear dressy, black with red accents

September

Tuesday, September 9 - Show Choir 6:30-8:30 pm

October

Preview Tour – no directors – October 9-13 (Thursday afternoon, all day Friday, Monday In-Service).

Tuesday, October 14 – Depart BASH 4:15 pm– Senior County Chorus Auditions (10-12th grade) – Governor Mifflin High School – audition at 5:15 pm, return home by 6:45 pm.

Friday, October 17 – La Boheme – Met Opera – Maybe?

Wednesday, October 15 – BASH Musical TBA Music Auditions 6-9 pm

Thursday, October 16 – BASH Musical TBA Acting and Singing Auditions 6-9 pm

Monday, October 20– 4:15 pm- District 10 Chorus Auditions – Parkland High School - leave BASH at 2:30 - return by 7:00 pm.

Wednesday, October 22 – BASH Musical TBA CALLBACKS - 6-8:30 pm

Friday, November 7 - Met Opera – ARABELLA (Strauss)- leave at 7 am return at 8 pm - OPEN TO EVERYONE

Monday, November 10 – 22 – BASH Musical TBA Rehearsals Begin

Friday, November 14 - Temple University Choir Workshop - leave BASH at 7:00 am and return home at 3:30 pm. Bring money for lunch - wear Tux and Concert Choir dress and bring a change of clothes

December

Monday, December 8– AARP - New Hanover Evangelical - Lunch at Marcos 11 am - 2:30 pm 12:45 perform (During School)

 ***Tuesday, December 16 – Dress Rehearsal 5-6:30

***Wednesday, December 17– Holiday Choral - Orchestra Concert 7 PM meet at 6 PM

Thursday, December 18 - Caroling Show Choir leave at 9:15 -return at 2:00 - Ed Center - 9:30 - Pottstown Manor Care - 10 AM - Lunch noon - Boyertown Multi Services 1 PM - Bring money for food court lunch (During School)

Tuesday, January 13 – Sr. County Chorus Rehearsal - TBA Leave BASH 7:45 am return 3:30 pm

Saturday, January 17– Sr. County Festival and Concert - Hamburg HS - 9:15 am bus leaves BASH - Rehearsal from 10:30-12:30 - Return to BASH at 1:30 pm - Concert at 7:30 pm TENTATIVE

REPORTING TIMES FOR THE CONCERT (Subject to change): Orchestra by 6:45 pm, Chorus by 7:00 pm, Band by 7:15 pm. DRESS FOR THE CONCERT: Either performance-appropriate length dress or skirt and blouse combination, dress shoes OR suit or sport coat with dress pants, dress shirt, tie, dress shoes. (NO mini-skirts/dresses. NO flip-flop type footwear. NO stiletto style heels.) Students who are not dressed appropriately will not be permitted to perform.

Wednesday, January 21 - Recruitment Day at East and West - 9:30-10:30 East, 1:30-2:30 West - Show Choir Uniforms

Tuesday, February 3- Junior County Chorus Auditions – Governor Mifflin - 6 pm - Bus leaves West at 4:45 pm - MEET AT WEST NO LATER THAN 4:30 pm please

Thursday – Sunday, February 12-15 – BASH Musical (TBA)

Thursday – Saturday, February 19-21 REGION V Chorus - TBA

Saturday, March 7 – Chicken Dinner - 12-5 - West - Report Time in West Aux Gym TBA and performance at TBA - Show Choir Uniform - Finish at TBA

Thursday, March 26 – Saturday, April 4 – BASH Music Department Trip to Normandy and Paris, France

Sunday, April 26 - Show Choir Church Gig – St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church - Boyertown - practice at 8:45 am - 9:30 am service - done by 11 am - Concert Choir Uniforms

Wednesday, May 27, - Choralrama - BEAR STADIUM - (Rain move into GYM) - wearing BASH Choirs shirts and jeans or shorts

June

Friday, June 5, 2026 - Graduation – 6:00 PM - Santander Arena, Reading - Depart BASH at 1:00 pm - arrive home around 8:30 - 9 pm - PIZZA PROVIDED
