• To be eligible for Pre-Kindergarten in 2021-22, students must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2021.
  

• Before completing registration, please gather the following documents that are required in order to be eligible for free Full-Day Pre-K:

  • Immunization Record

  • Social Security Card

  • Birth Certificate (state-issued)

  • Photocopy of Parent ID

  • Proof of Residence (rental contract or utility bill with valid address)

  • Proof of Income (current check stub)
