Growth Outcomes of Salvia Hispanica in Synthetic Martian Regolith with Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Inoculation
Growth Outcomes of Salvia Hispanica in Synthetic Martian Regolith with Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Inoculation
My research aims to investigate fungal microbial interactions in synthetic martian soil. This study used arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and Martian Global Simulant (MGS-1) to mimic such conditions. The results of the study might give scientists a better understanding of Martian agriculture and how to possibly grow life on the red planet.
