Pick between This or That and do the exercise that goes with the item you pick. Example: I like apples more than oranges so I will do 10 jumping jacks and move onto the next choice.

Perform each animal movement. Which one was your favorite?
Week 1- This week we will be learning locomotor movements. These movements take you from one place to another.
Watch the video and practice the different locomotor movements. Click this link. Once you get to the link, it might ask you to sign in with Google. Click sign in with Google and then click the students name and it will pop up. You should only have to do this once.
Next, watch the dance and freeze video. In class, when I say, "Freeze" you stop and put your hands on your knees and look at me. When the video says, "Freeze" practice stopping and putting your hands on your knees. Click this link.
