On the 1st Day of Fitness my true love gave to me “A student in a yoga tree”

I have examples of the six stations we would be doing if we were in school. Please watch the video and do each exercise for 2 minutes. I have uploaded a timer for you to use for each exercise.

Week 3 - Alphabet Workout!
Use your first and last name while going through the alphabet. You will start with letter A. If there is an A in your name, you will do 3 push-ups. If you do not have an A in your name, you will do 4 push-ups. You will then go onto the letter B. If you have a B in your name, you will do 6 jumping jacks. If you do not have a B in your name, you will do 7 jumping jacks. Continue through the entire alphabet. Have fun!
Week 2- Flip a coin whichever side it lands on will tell you what exercise to do! Make sure to do all 10 rounds!
