Evaluation/Analysis

1. Annually, we will run a collection analysis using Follett's Titlewave
2. Annually, we will run through the Library Media Program evaluation form or something similar
3. Meet with Library Advisory Board to suggest changes to program.

Statistics

*All except #1 would be part of a monthly report

1. Budget expenditures for 5 years
2. Collection count
3. New items count
4. Weeded items count
5. Periodical used count
6. List of library changes each year
7. Circulation statistics
8. Number of students using library (attendance)
9. Classes using the library
