Welcome to PE Class! Week 11!

Use the resources on this page to help you and your family stay physically active this week. Strive for 60 minutes of activity each day! You can dance, do yoga, or try a fun fitness workout! And it doesn't have to be all at once. 10-15 minutes breaks throughout the day are just as good to keep your body healthy and strong! Check back each week for more ways to keep moving!
