Some popular albums
The bridge between short and long form literature
Albums - a collection of songs, typically ~ or > 30 min. That's what they are right? Well yes, but also not really. This presentation aims to show exactly how albums are art pieces and not just a mishmash of songs - and how I feel these albums can help students with the challenging experience of literature analysis
Why Albums?
Today, teens listen to a lot of music.
I feel that this can help with students thinking more critically and analytically about the media they consume, helping with literature analysis.

How Can We Study?
To introduce a way to study albums, I created a brief curriculum that serves to introduce students on ways to study the albums we listen to. My hope is that some BLS teachers may be interested in implementing the curriculum to their classes next year!
