Thomas Germain is a Boston Latin School class of '25 student from Dorchester who is set to attend McGill University, where he plans to study something in either/both humanities or music. He has a background in music, having spent some of his elementary school at St. Paul's Choir School in Cambridge, participated in music production workshops at the Boston Public Library Copley Branch with local producer Ham, and has been writing songs since as long as he could talk. A self described singer/songwriter, one thing he has sought out to study is the intersection between music and culture, which lead him to undertake this project relating to music and exactly how it can impact people. Germain chose albums on what component to of modern music to study due to his own personal observations with his experience with writing, sequencing and producing his own album "In the Clouds", an album planned to be released soon (but is currently in development hell)
