Tiger Troop Club

Benton Elementary 2022-2023

This is a school club that supports our Military Students and families. We understand that sometimes being a military child can be challenging. We are so excited to learn more about you, your adventures, and welcome you to Benton Elementary School. Tiger Troops is open to all students who have a parent currently serving, retired, or in the Reserves of any Military Branch.

In Tiger Troops we will meet on the first Thursday of the month starting in October and ending in April. There will not be a meeting in January. Meetings will be from 3:15-4:15 in Ms. Dickson’s room. If students are late to be picked up two times, the student will be dismissed from Tiger Troops. Students will need to wear a purple shirt or Tiger Troop shirt the day of each Tiger Troop meeting.

As a Tiger Troop we will work on community service projects, military support projects (letters to fellow troops and families, etc.) as well as build a strong community within our school to support our military families.
