Teachers want to show appreciation to those students who are role models of positive citizenship skills. These skills are categorized as SAFE, RESPECTFUL, RESPONSIBLE. When students demonstrate these traits, the instructional plan can be implemented at its best. Teachers are able to teach in an environment conducive to teaching and students are able to learn in an environment that is comfortable and safe.
