There is a settings button within the KDS interface that allows you to configure several options. Below is a detailed description of each item available in the settings menu.
1. Text Size
Adjusts the font size of the text displayed on the screen.
2. Order Ticket Width
Adjusts the horizontal width of the order tickets on the screen.
3. Checkbox Features (Tick to Enable):
Allow Revert
When processing an order, the ticket goes through several status stages. Enabling this feature allows you to revert the current ticket status back to its previous stage.
Allow Set Priority
Allows you to flag and designate specific order tickets as a high priority.
Speech Notifications
Provides voice announcements that read out the content of notification pop-ups.
Auto Move to Updated Order
When a new or updated order arrives, the screen automatically shifts to focus on that new ticket (even if it was previously off-screen). After displaying it for a few seconds, the screen automatically returns to the original order ticket view.
4. Notification Sound
Allows you to configure and change the alert sound for KDS notifications.
