So, here we go. Here's the story in a nutshell...

The focus of the business when we started a couple years ago was to build software that would make transmitting data for import and export much more efficient and thus reduce the cost of clearing low value goods through customs. Like anything that one builds, the best way to test it out is to use it in the real world. In order to do that, we decided to go through the process of fully registering as a commercial common carrier and customs broker, so that we could fulfill both the transportation and broker rolls that our software would be helping with.

For the last year or so, we have been picking up and dropping off parcels for a few clients (eBay and Etsy sellers, local artisans etc) that were helping us test our software as we developed it. As the border closure was extended, word began getting around that we were able and willing to pick up both commercial and personal parcels. Folks started to find us and the requests started to come in. A lot of them.

Our main software project isn't ready for real world use yet, but we have decided to launch the parcel delivery business as a separate service, so that we can get personal parcels moving across the border again.

There will be a bit of a waiting list as we see what kind of volume we are dealing with, and a few bugs to work out of the system at first. Turn around times will increase as we go.

If you would like to request parcel pickups, please read the information below carefully and then proceed to the request form when it launches (soon). Once the request is in, you can cancel it at any time prior to us picking it up.

If you have any questions, please post on our Facebook page and we can answer them. Others will likely have the same questions.
