Structure and Function of Plants - "What do plants need in order to grow?"
During our last class we read about many different seeds - their shapes, sizes and how they're dispersed. We also investigated the inside of a lima bean looking for the embryo, "baby plant" and the cotyledon, "food". Moving forward we will discover exactly what it is that a plant needs in order to survive.
