PRACTICE

CROSS COUNTRY

• Summer practice for the boys begins July 9th at Idlewild Park from 7:00am to 9:00am.

• During the school year, practice will be after school until approximately 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

• Athletes are required to be at EVERY PRACTICE unless cleared with a coach before. Unexcused absences will not be tolerated and will result in suspension or dismissal from the team.

NEEDED MATERIALS

• Completed 2025/2026 Physical Form - linked here

• Notarized Auto Insurance Affidavit - linked here

• $35 Athletic Fee made out to Conner High School.

• All forms must be uploaded to Final Forms before an athlete is allowed to practice.

• All results are posted in the Results Archive and can be found at https://ky.milesplit.com

• Our Track and XC teams use the Kroger Rewards number WS325.

• Kroger donates a portion of the sales back to our program if you sign up through their rewards program. All you have to do is register your Kroger Plus card at www.krogercommunityrewards.com and choose our group in the Community Rewards tab!
