Dear Home Flex Academy Students and Families,

Welcome to Home Flex Academy! I am honored to serve as your principal and to partner with you in helping your child learn, grow, and succeed.

I bring 38 years of experience in education, including 19 years as a teacher and 19 years as an administrator, primarily as an elementary principal. For the past 13 years, I have proudly served the Bonsall Unified School District. I currently serve as principal of Home Flex Academy, the Adult Transition Program, and Vivian Banks Charter School.

Throughout my career, my greatest joy has been supporting students as they discover their strengths, build confidence, and work toward their greatest potential. I bring enthusiasm for learning, a positive attitude, and a strong belief that every student deserves to feel valued, encouraged, and supported.

At Home Flex Academy, we recognize that each student’s learning journey is unique. Through flexible learning opportunities and strong partnerships among students, families, and staff, we help students develop independence, stay engaged, and make meaningful progress toward their goals.
