Sometimes you might encounter a situation when the preparation time in your app and the app in the restaurant's tablet is different. That can happen in situations when the restaurant is prolonging the time which is needed for preparing the order, but actually, the order is being prepared faster. The system understands these actions and automatically searches for a courier to the appointed time. In many situations, it is very necessary for the restaurant to prolong the preparation time. In such cases, you will receive compensation for the time you wait in the restaurant if the order is delayed. Compensation will be applied automatically and it is NOT necessary to notify the customer support team.
How does it work:
- You have arrived at the restaurant and it is time to receive the order, but the restaurant has not yet indicated that the order is ready and it is not really ready,
- For the first 15 minutes of waiting you will receive 0.75 EUR, for each next minute you will receive 0.05 EUR.
- You must be in or near a restaurant
- You should press Arrived at the restaurant no further than 50 m before it,
- If the waiting time is 15 minutes or more, compensation will be automatically added and you will receive it with your weekly payout.
