Book a free intro/onboarding call
This is a 20-minute call to talk through your goals, ask any questions, and get you set up if you decide that we are a good fit.
STEP 2:
Intake Assessment Session
Your first session is a deep dive into where you are at and where you want to go. We'll discuss your health history, lifestyle, current eating habits, and goals. You'll walk away with a personalized action plan. This session is required for all clients.
STEP 3:
Custom Follow-Up Support
Follow-up sessions allow us to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, gradually build your plan, and refine your strategy. These sessions help you stay consistent, build momentum, and adjust your nutrition and lifestyle plan as needed. We'll build a follow up schedule that suits your needs.

Change takes time. I'll recommend a timeline that fits your goals and needs, but most clients benefit from at least three months of support at a biweekly frequency.
An initial coaching session is $225
Follow-up coaching sessions are $175
All payments are due at time of booking.
I don’t provide meal plans. Instead, I create nutrition strategies and provide guidance that fit your preferences, lifestyle, and goals, whether that’s a macro-based or non-counting approach. This provides structure without sacrificing flexibility or sustainability.
Not at all. Some clients enjoy using tools like macro tracking to better understand their nutrition, but it’s never required. We’ll choose an approach that feels right for you, whether that’s food journaling, hand portions, intuitive eating, or habit-based shifts.
All sessions are held virtually via Zoom.
Yes, if weight loss or body composition change is one of your goals, we’ll approach it in a way that supports your overall health, energy, and well-being. I practice from a body-neutral and HAES-aligned perspective, which means your physical and mental health always come first. Together, we’ll focus on building habits that are sustainable long-term.
That’s exactly why this approach exists. We’ll look at your patterns, history, and what hasn’t worked in the past to create strategies that finally do.
