As someone with a very active and athletic lifestyle, I started working with Kelli to better utilize, understand, and improve my nutrition. Kelli has helped me improve my energy levels, my sleep, my approach to food, and even my hormones.
-June
This was very easy and gentle, which I needed. The process was very thoughtful and smart about the realities of life as well as the psychology of food. I feel great moving forward and have a bunch of concepts to help me base my decisions on, as well as strategies to set myself up for success. I also feel like I learned to remove the emotional/guilt aspect to eating, which would often rubber band back into worse eating.
-Karen
I reached out to Kelli to find general balance, heal my relationship with food, and figure out WTF the right approach actually was. Kelli was unwavering in her support. Through endless thought-provoking questions, guidance, and suggestions, she helped me tremendously. I feel so much better about intuitive eating, nutrition, and my body. This experience went above and beyond what I even knew I needed.
-Olivia
Kelli has helped a lot with my mindset toward working out and eating. I was feeling overwhelmed by fad diets, trendy workout plans, and an all-or-nothing mindset. Kelli gently guided me in a positive direction, offering a vast array of resources and support. I feel confident moving forward knowing that I have more resources and mindset revelations to help me stay consistent.

How long do I need to commit?
Change takes time. For comprehnsive coaching packages, I require at least a three month initial commitment. This is the minimum amount of time needed to introduce and solidify new habits, routines, and see improvements to your health and wellbeing. If you have a weight loss goal, I require a minimum 6 month commitment. Most clients work with me for 6-12 months.
I help people make meaningful changes. If you aren't willing to commit 3-6 months to your goals, I'm not the coach for you.
I want to lose weight. Can you help?
Yes, but there are some important details about how I approach weight loss.
I require a minimum 6-month commitment for weight loss coaching. Sustainable change takes time, and short-term approaches often fail. Most weight loss journeys are realistically 12+ months.
Weight loss is never coached in isolation. For meaningful, long-term results, we focus on:
Building strong foundations in nutrition, meal timing, and nutrient balance
Developing healthy movement habits, including strength training and building or maintaining muscle mass
Supporting underlying health factors like gut function, blood sugar, and hormone balance
Strengthening your relationship with food and body, mindset, and behavior patterns
Most diets skip these critical details and jump straight to calorie restriction, leaving you frustrated, hungry, and unable to maintain results. That’s not BOLD. My approach prioritizes health, energy, and well-being first, while guiding you toward sustainable body composition or weight goals.
Your body determines the pace. I do not guarantee weight loss, but I do guarantee a deeper understanding of your body, your nutrition needs, and confidence in how to support your health.
Together, we’ll focus on practical, long-term habits that work for your lifestyle. My approach is body-neutral and aligned with Health At Every Size (HAES) principles; Your physical and mental health always come first.
Will I get a meal plan?
For most clients, I do not provide meal plans. Instead, I provide recipes, guidance, ideas, and recommendations alongside education and insights so you can learn how to make decisions about your day-to-day food choices with confidence and clarity. You don't need a meal plan, you need a strategy.
I may provide a meal plan as a short-term therapeutic intervention for those with gastrointestional conditions, allergies, very specific dietary needs, etc. These are designed to be temporary, healing phases, not long-term dietary changes.
Do I have to track my food?
Yes, but not every bite, every day, forever. Some form of tracking helps me understand your habits and give personalized guidance, but it doesn’t need to be detailed or stressful.
The method and depth of tracking completely depends on your goals and preferences.
Some clients track calories, macros, or nutrients for a period of time.
Others use photo diaries, casual food logs, hand portion tracking, habit-based tracking, or intuitive eating journaling.
Many clients switch between methods throughout coaching as their needs and habits evolve.
The goal is to make tracking practical, supportive, and educational, not overwhelming or harmful.
What if I've already tried "everything"?
That’s exactly why this approach exists. We’ll look at your patterns, history, and what hasn’t worked in the past to create strategies that finally do.
Who can work with you?
I currently work with adults 18+.
Certain state laws limit the level of nutrition and health services I am able to provide. Your location will be confirmed before scheduling to ensure I’m able to provide the appropriate level of support.
Do you work with eating disorders?
If we are a good fit, yes, but I require care coordination with your therapist throughout coaching.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, I do not accept insurance or provide superbills.
If finances are holding you back, I offer a limited number of reduced rate packages based on your financial need. Please reach out for more info.
Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are held virtually via Zoom.
