Before you can participate you need:
Current physical on file with the school nurse
$15 Physicals w/ ISMI
$20 Physicals w/ St. Luke's
$25 Physical w/ St. Al's
Completed Athletic Forms and have it on file in Infinite Campus (parents can upload directly via parent portal)

Purchase your ASB card from the webstore (pays for transportation)
Check your Academic Eligibility
If not attending North but are still in our boundaries, you will also need a proof of address (electric, water, sewer bill) turned in to our Registrar.
