I've taught here at Maple Grove since 2011, but perhaps an introduction is in order. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas, and in 2010 I received my Masters from George Fox University here in Boise. I came over from Washington Elementary where I taught 6th grade. I have been in the field of education for several years, and have taught in the Meridian, Nampa, and Caldwell school districts. I enjoy it here in the Boise School District, and I am very pleased to call it, "home."
On a more personal nature, My husband and I have four children, two daughters and two sons. Our three oldest children are married and our youngest is a senior at Centennial High School. We also have seven beautiful grandchildren, five boys and two girls. Our families favorite activities include hiking, biking, camping and fishing. When the weather keeps me indoors you will find me quilting, paper crafting, making jewelry, or perhaps curled up with a good book
