This amazing program is returning to Monroe Spring 2026 for 3rd - 5th grade girls! Please contact Mrs. Haugland if you're interested in coaching or to sign your student up!
Our favorite four-legged friends from Go Team Idaho come and visit us the third Wednesday of each month. Each class gets ~3 visits with the Therapy Dogs throughout the academic year. It is a student AND staff favorite!
We are on year 41 of this special partnership. Fourth-sixth grade students who would benefit from a positive adult role model who can support, encourage, and motivate them meet ~twice/month with their mentor here at school, typically during lunch. We are so thankful to Idaho Power for maintaining this relationship, as well and their generous support of Monroe overall!
Each fall, Monroe students, staff, and families head out in our local community to rake up yards and help those who aren't able to do it themselves! It's fun and it's rewarding for everyone involved.
