I will be offering student support groups with a structured curriculum that helps students identify ways to decrease symptoms of stress, depression, grief, or general anxiety and improve functioning at school, home, and with friends.
Group participation is voluntary and parent permission is required.

Art Journaling- This group is about using your creativity to work on a 6 week journaling project in which you explore personal expression, strength, & resiliency.
Calm Kids- You will get to engage in various activities that will help to regulate your nervous system when things become stressful and overwhelming.
Life Changes- If you are dealing with a difficult family situation involving loss, divorce, grief, or conflict, this group can support you.
Connections- Are you interested in developing healthy friendship skills and making new friends? In this group, we will play games to help us learn how to make and keep friends through healthy social skills.
General Support - Come learn about healthy relationships, mindfulness, and dealing with stressful life situations.
