Physical Science is a survey course that will help prepare students for future science classes they will take in high school.
In the first semester we will learn about physics which includes topics such as motion, forces, energy, waves, electromagnetic radiation, electricity and magnetism. Students will be able to participate in labs where they will get hands-on experience as they learn more about these topics.

In the second semester we will learn about chemistry which includes topics such as matter, the periodic table, atoms, chemical bonds, chemical reactions, acids and bases, and macro-molecules. Students will once again get a chance to experience hands-on labs during this semester.
