Criteria

• Enrolled to attend a Boise School District during 2025-2026 School Year

Eligibility Process:

1. Parent Conversation:

   • Parents will have a short, informal discussion with a school representative about their child’s preschool experiences, social-emotional readiness, and any concerns about the transition to kindergarten.

   • The goal is to determine if the child would benefit from additional support in early learning skills such as language development, early literacy, fine motor skills, and classroom routines.

2. Parent Decision & Registration:

   • If, after the conversation, the parent feels their child would benefit from the program, they may proceed with completing the Get Ready for Kinder Camp Registration Form.

   • Registration will be available on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached.

This process ensures that families who see a need for additional preparation can access the support their child needs for a successful start to kindergarten.
