New Student Enrollment
To enroll your son or daughter at Borah, contact the Counseling Secretary. Documents needed to register a new student:
Enrollment packet
Online registration (online registration system ) or you can come into the Counseling office to pick up a paper packet.
Proof of Residency (In Borah's Attendance Area)
Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
Copy of IEP/504 (if applicable)
Transcript

* If you would like to open enroll at Borah, you will need to fill out an open enrollment application.
It will then get approved or denied by the Principal. If approved, we can move forward with the documents needed for enrollment. If it is denied, you will need to attend your home school or contact the District to set up an appeal appointment.
You can either print the open enrollment application from the BSD website or you can come into the Counseling office and pick one up.
*If you currently open enrolled at Borah, you will need to fill out a "Open Enrollment Continuation form" every year.
