In order to provide students with more opportunities, flexibility, and convenience, while also offering needed academic support, Boise School District’s Boise Evening School (BES) classes will be delivered through the asynchronous class option through Boise Online School (BOS).  

Beginning with the 2023-2024 school year, offering BES students the opportunity to complete credits through BOS will provide them with: 

• The ability to complete more credits because classes will be offered over 4 quarters

• Flexibility in completing course content when convenient for the student

• In-person support one day a week

• Virtual support from a teacher and/or academic interventionist as requested

• Classes at no cost for a student unless they are over the age of 21

• No need for transportation to a different site to complete courses

1. 1. If you are currently attending a Boise School District School, please see your school counselor. 

* Students with a full class load at school should only take 1 asynchronous class 

  at a time.
