Bridge Failure Report

A structural failure report is a report that outlines the specific failure of a structure. A report will tend to cover the design aspects of the structure, what material was used in the structures construction, and a description of the failure that occurred. 

By writing a report on the failure, you can also comment on how this failure could have been avoided, or how the structure could be improved to avoid this failure. In this regard, the knowledge that is gained from a failure is passed on to future generations, and they will benefit from our mistakes.
