The Maintenance Plus insurance runs for two or three years and requires that the protective cover is on the device. The policy covers damage and faults for the whole period. The excess charges for your policy are mechanical warranty £0 excess and accidental damage cover £24 excess for each claim made.

Claims can be made directly to Edutech by following the link here. iPad will be collect at home.
Loss of the iPad is not covered by the insurance policy.

Unless you joined the school scheme within the last 1–3 years, your insurance has expired. Please ask arrange your own insurance claim.
If the device is still within the insurance period, claims can be made directly to Edutech by following the link here.

Parents will need to contact their insurer when the iPad is damanged.

3. Water Bottles - It is a condition of this policy that water bottles should not be carried in the same bag as the insured Equipment unless the bag has an integrated but separate (waterproof) compartment specifically for transporting bottles.

Please use the link here to request a loan iPad that can be taken home. Alternatively, your child may borrow a shared iPad from the Reflection Room for the day. All shared iPads must be returned to the Reflection Room at the end of the day.
