We combine elements of yoga, tai chi and qigong for a dynamic and restorative class that will leave you feeling recharged and stress free. We incorporate brain-based exercises and moving meditation techniques to help your body and mind feel fully integrated. Together we will develop mindful breathing and relaxed concentration to maximize the benefits of our physical exercise and daily routines.

Please select the correct class according to the current day and time. The most common reason for not being able to join online class, is selecting the wrong day and time link. The Zoom room will usually open 5 -10 minutes before class for warm-ups. A password is required and will be shared by email to current members.

Class Reminders
Class Reminders
Upon entering, please rename yourself for attendance with the following format:
"First name Last name - Center Initial ", ie. "John Smith - B" The centers are Buckhead, Decatur, Marietta. If you don't know which center you are connected to since you joined online, don't worry and just make sure you have your full name.Kindly turn on your camera during class. If you cannot, please identify yourself with your name. If we cannot identify you, you may not be allowed in or removed from class.
Please do not share the class link with non-members. If you want to invite friends and family to attend a class, please note the fee for a trial class is $10 per person. Also notify your center instructor at least 15 minutes before your guest attends the class.
Please be on time for class.
If possible, please avoid distractions during class. The time you give yourself is precious, so if you can. turn off your phone notifications, turn off the TV, and clear the room of people desperate for your attention. You deserve the peace and quiet.
For members, if you have forgotten the password, please contact your center manager.
We will reserve the right to remove any participant from Online Class that prevents us from providing the best class experience.
