We've missed you! While the ability to offer online classes has been a blessing these past few months, we are looking forward to reconnecting (safely) in physical space to share classes, bright smiles, and air hugs! We may have a new classroom prop (our masks!) but the spirit of our movement will be the same. Come ready to connect mind and body, and feel better physically, mentally, and energetically.
We combine elements of yoga, tai chi and qi gong for a dynamic and restorative class that will leave you feeling recharged and stress free. We incorporate brain-based exercises and moving meditation techniques to help your body and mind feel fully integrated. Together we will develop mindful breathing and relaxed concentration to maximize the benefits of our physical exercise and daily routines.
Please wear loose, comfortable exercise clothing and your face covering. The class session will be 75 minutes and end with a short sharing. Please bring YOUR OWN mats and water bottles.

Center for Diseases Control and Prevention (CDC) has provided the following guidelines which will be adhered to at all times to maintain the well-being of participants and instructors.
Class size must be limited to 9 people total, including staff/instructors.
All individuals must be at least 6 feet apart and wearing face coverings at all times. Correctly and consistently wear a mask that completely covers your nose and mouth
Contact activities are prohibited.
Wash/sanitize hands prior to and after each class.
Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds when you get home.
Screenings should be conducted for both staff and attendees to determine if they have COVID-19 symptoms prior to class. (I will take your temperature with a touch-free forehead thermometer)
STAY HOME if you are feeling a temperature out of the ordinary or flu-like symptoms.
Even if you and others (including children) do not feel sick and do not have any symptoms, you can still spread COVID-19 to family, friends, and community.
THANK YOU. Let's enjoy our time together while respecting and supporting the health of our neighbors!
