In our dynamic exploration of democracy and social justice, the students gradually began focusing on a particular social issue for which they wanted to take a stand and speak out!
Simultaneously, we worked with educators from the Whitney museum, examining how we can take a stand for an injustice by using art and creativity to get our message across. The result is what you see here, our TAKE A STAND final project.
