Use Zoom or Collaborate to Meet with Students Online
How to access your BMCC Zoom Account
If you already logged in to any account at zoom.us, sign out with button in upper right.
Navigate to bmcc-cuny.zoom.us/.
Click "Sign In" button.
Enter your BMCC user name and password.
If you already have an account associated with your BMCC email, you will be asked to switch over the account. See video to right for details.
When you sign in you will see a confirmation that you are part of our Zoom account administrator's email@example.com group; click 'Sign In Now' and use your BMCC email.
How to schedule a meeting and share the invitation
Learn the basics of how to schedule a meeting and invite others to participate. If using your BMCC Pro Account, start at bmcc-cuny.zoom.us, click Sign In, and then navigate to Meetings tab on left once on Zoom web page.

If using your BMCC Pro Account, to launch your meeting start at bmcc-cuny.zoom.us, click Sign In, navigate to Meetings tab on left, and click Start next to your meeting.
Zoom Breakout Rooms
Learn how to use and manage Zoom Video Breakout Rooms. Video breakout rooms are most commonly used in education, training or workshop environments and are a great tool for any Zoom Meetings user that wishes to split their main meeting into sub-meetings for discussion, projects or activities.
Closed Captioning for Zoom
Closed captioning isn't just for accessibility. Many students like to turn it on to read as they watch. Also, students sometimes can't understand what was said and CC helps clarify meaning. Watch this video to enable Zoom CC.
