RingCentral Technology Tips:
Restart your computer before each shift.
If you are using your phone to take calls on RingCentral, restart your phone every two days or so.
Make sure to log in and out of RingCentral before and after your shift.
Only sign in to RingCentral using ONE device.
DO NOT program your schedule on RingCentral.
DO NOT make changes to settings on RingCentral unless otherwise directed.
What to do if you are having Technology issues?
Reach out to a Team Lead on shift on your personal thread.
Confirm that your Wifi connection is not the issue.
Restart the computer or phone and the RingCentral app.
Depending on your issue, we might have to submit a ticket on your behalf.
