Letter from the Editor 

Welcome back, Blydyn Square Review readers!

After more than a year of silence, we are excited to welcome you back to the pages of our magazine. This hiatus has been a time of reflection, recalibration, and, most importantly, hopes and plans for the future of this publication, the only literary journal expressly dedicated to the mission of making people think!

Our decision to take a break wasn't easy, but it was necessary. We owe you, our readers, the best-quality literary work we can find—writing that challenges, inspires, and keeps you thinking long after the last page has been read. Unfortunately, it’s proven difficult to find enough submissions that meet the standards we work so hard to uphold.

But we’re back!

With this new issue, we are thrilled to begin a whole new chapter. We believe in the power of the written word and storytelling, in the value of literature to illuminate our shared human experience. And we know that there are still many powerful voices out there waiting to be heard.

Our call for submissions is ongoing, and we remain committed to working closely with writers who share our vision. To all aspiring contributors: Let this be a reminder that we always need writing that is thoughtful, original, bold, and (most of all) thought-provoking.
