On sale August 9th and 10th from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
in the High School Athletic Office.

Attention Parents of Athletes
Registration for the 2021-2022 SPORTS SEASONS are open NOW for incoming athletes in 7th-12th grade and will open for the general student body on June 22, 2021.
Please review your forms online and provide your signature at the bottom of each form to verify the information is current. You can add new information or update information at any time during the year.
For students in grades 7-12 that plan to play a sport, the parent and student registration needs to be completed as soon as possible in order to begin fall practices.
Complete all online forms, print the physical form and have the doctor sign the form. Return the completed physical to the Athletic Office.
