Our lovely gelding, Charlie, is available for on-property lease! Here are some things about him:
Charlie is a 10 year old gelding, standing roughly 16 hands high, around 1400lbs
He is a Clyde & Heinz 57 mix!
Has an "in-your-pocket" personality, a very sweet and cuddly boy
WTC, English/Western Discipline
Can be "picky", silly, & goofy!
More whoa than go, gaining miles & will be continuing training while being leased
Western/English tack provided
Requires a good connection with his rider to build trust
Looking for 2-3 leasers for summer 2026
We are looking for an experienced, independent & most importantly confident rider, to bond with and love Charlie like we do!Â
We have trails on property and very easy access to loads of off property trails as well as an outdoor riding arena, however first few months of rides must be on property.
Preference will be given to a skilled, intermediate or advanced adult rider. Charlie is not suitable for beginner/inexperienced at this time.
I would be happy for someone to take lessons with a coach (with insurance) on property or participate in shows/clinics. This could be discussed if the leaser is interested!
Flexible with how many rides per week, price will reflect that. Please contact us for further questions

3 rides per week $300.00/month
