Our learning experiences are conducted in-person, virtually or in blended delivery formats through stand-alone sessions, stacked mini-lessons, or during formal presentations that are woven into broader programs and events.

Leadership and the Common Rubber Band

Today’s leaders operate across a broad swath of competing demands and rapid change and experience an ever-increasing set of leadership expectations. While stretching fuels growth, leaders run the risk of burnout, bottlenecks, and breakdowns that lead to lack of focus and overall impact.

At Blu, we approach leadership as a series of “tensions.” Picture a common rubber band, without tension and in its resting state, it is useless. A rubber band only fulfills its purpose when appropriately stretched. Too little and nothing happens, too far it weakens or snaps.
