Kris Schiller is a lifelong learning and teacher, bringing this passion to her clients when consulting, designing, and facilitating leadership development experiences for individual and teams. 

She brings over 20 years of experience to her work, including proven leadership development, best practices, and financial services expertise. Her superpower is the ability to listen, understand needs, and create the best learner expereince to achieve targeted results.

Kris began her career as a teacher, where she built her educational foundation before transitioning to design and deliver development programs in a corporate environment. She served as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant at AXA and Wells Fargo for multiple years where she consulted on business needs and collaborated with individuals and teams from new hires to executives to deliver learning programs with measurable results. Kris then brought her expertise into the walls of Wells Fargo Asset Management where she focused on development in the context of driving strategic organizational change and innovation. 

Finally, Kris became the Global Head of Learning and Leadership Development at Allspring Global Investments. Her responsibilities were, from inception to implementation, building the learning and development and performance management space and team, delivering a strategic portfolio of development on every level of the organization; onboarding employees, succession planning, and implementing a wide range of initiatives to increase growth and productivity. This start-up-at-scale Allspring experience provided her with the unique opportunity to design and implement programs from a blank page into a lived reality. She worked with top talent and functioned as a coach and advisor to solve some of the most critical and pressing talent challenges across the organization.

Kris holds a “Business Credible Coach” certification and volunteers as a Leadership Society chair member for the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County.
