Google Forms allows you to build quizzes students can take with a locked screen. When you include answers, Google Forms will grade for you. Depending on your settings, students will be able to see their scores, correct answers, or answer feedback immaculately. Data is reported back in Forms, or you can select to create a Google Sheet for the information.

Google Jamboard turns your student's Chromebook into an online whiteboard. They can submit their creations to Google Classroom or email.

You can build assessments using this tool. It has more of a gaming feel. If you decide to use this tool, you will need to come up with a way for the students to report their score to you. For instance, they could take a screenshot of their score.
