Lead Teacher: EXPERIENCE: 3+ years as lead teacher with 2s. Reggio experience or coursework preferred.

Co-Teacher: Reggio experience or coursework required

STRENGTHS: Strong music and movement teaching required

This position requires completion of 12 ECE units required by CaDSS. Directors units, Bachelors, Master Teacher permit preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT: Teachers will create curriculum and lead aides in execution. Teachers will adapt the curriculum and expectations, based on children’s individual needs.

Lead Teachers will also

• Create Curriculum Showcase Nights: November and May

• Collaborate on Parent Education, Fundraising, and Professional Development

• Write weekly documentation

• Hold parent teacher conferences

Co-TEACHER $23/hour; 40 hours/wk 8:30-4:30 on campus includes 1 hour lunch, 1 hour daily prep, plus weekly faculty meeting & planning time.
