Before your first appointment, please go to forms and fill out the necessary forms, print them out and sign them and bring them to your first appointment. Please remember to bring them as they are important initiate the counseling process.
Counseling Services
I provide therapy for individuals, couples and families. My approach is through evidence-based and strength-based with theories of cognitive behavioral therapy and behavioral therapy.
Specialities:
At this time, I am private pay only, but I will provide the necessary codes and diagnosis for you to apply for reimbursement from your insurance company. Payment is due at the time of that services are provided.
Assessments: 90-minutes, which includes a 50-minute session and time to review your intake session after the session is $175.
Individual sessions - 50-minute sessions - $140
Consultations - 50 - minute sessions - $140
