Reflection & Evidence for CAS

For each CAS experience, you need to show evidence* of:

planning and organization

• include reflections before the experience

effort and commitment

• include reflections during the experience

personal development and achievement

• include reflections after the experience

The IB recommends that you provide a supervisor review** for each CAS experience. In lieu of this, you must provide detailed evidence (such as video) that demonstrates what you did and learned throughout the experience.
