The partnership between home and school is an integral part of each students success, even in high school.  By the teenage years, we would often want students to self-advocate for various issues or concerns, such as moving up or down a level, difficulty with the content, etc.  Students who are not used to struggling or shy students might need practice with these important skills.   However, there are certain times where as parents you'd like more information or to discuss something further- please reach out to your child's teacher sooner rather than later.  When we all work together, your child's success comes first.
