Are learning how to trust their own perception.
Swing between modes of collapse and control, frequently finding themselves oscillating between being "the strong one" for everyone else and falling apart behind the scenes.
Refuse to try to heal in spaces that label them as "the problem" rather than genuinely helping.
Have been gaslit by systems (mental health, religious, or medical, schools, etc.) that told them their reality wasn't real.
Have been/are viewed as "too much."
Have been/are viewed as 'too sensitive' or 'too reactive' when, in reality, they're simply overwhelmed and completely misunderstood and under-supported.
Rebuilding self-trust after years of invalidation
Identifying and releasing patterns of people-pleasing and emotional over-functioning
Exploring attachment wounds through a lens that honors your neurodivergent experience
Accessing relief and improved grounding abilities through the validation of safe peers with shared lived experiences and goals
Pricing should be all about creating an exchange that feels fair and supportive. Not just for an individual, but for our whole community.
That's why my service pricing tiers are inspired by The Green Bottle Model from Worts + Cunning. This pricing structure gives each member the flexibility to choose a price point that works for their life circumstance.
Please take a look at the criteria and select the option that feels like a safe and comfortable commitment. If you're stuck between two tiers, pick the one that feels right for where you’re at right now.
I can’t wait to welcome you into this space. ❤️
Community Support Tier:
You have access to financial security, have personal savings, or own property/rent a high-end property
You are are able to pay for “wants” easily and rarely worry about paying for basic necessities
You have what most would consider economic privilege
By choosing this price, you are helping contribute to a more equitable community by supporting access for those with less.
Standard Tier:
You may be paying off debt or working to build savings, but have access to steady income
You don’t spend most of your time thinking of meeting basic needs such as food, rent, medical care, bills, child care
You’re able to buy new things and take vacation annually or every few years without much financial strain
By choosing this price, you are paying for your access to this program and leaving the lowest tier options for those who need it most.
Access Tier:
You’re able to access basic needs such as food, housing, and child care, although sometimes it feels difficult
You have access to stable income, but the standard price would be enough to cause financial strain
You may be eligible for programs that provide financial assistance.
By choosing this price, you are letting your community support you and investing in yourself without sacrificing your needs.
