Week 2: Create Emotional Safety for Yourself

Week 3: Manage Your Energy & Capacity
Learn how to approach tasks and commitments in a way that respects your neurodivergent brain and prevents burnout. Discover strategies for managing to-do lists, navigating overwhelm, and honoring your energy... even when you’re already stretched thin.
Week 4: Integrate!
Take a pause from new material to process, absorb, and reflect on everything we’ve covered so far. Use this time to connect with the group, share insights, and explore how these tools are already making an impact in your life.
Week 5: Understand ND Relationships & Communication

Week 6: Live Shamelessly
Understand what shame is, where it originates, and how to quiet your inner critic so you can live with confidence. Address internalized stigma around "not doing enough" or "being too much" and reframe your self-perception to embrace authenticity and self-compassion.
Week 7: Set New Expectations
Learn how to create realistic systems and routines for your life that honor your neurodivergent brain. Shift away from unrealistic neuro-normative expectations and toward sustainable rhythms that work for your unique needs and strengths.
Week 8: Reflect + Celebrate!
In this final week, reflect on your journey, celebrate your progress, and prepare to enter the next phase of self-discovery and growth. Share your experiences with the group and create a plan to continue honoring yourself and building the life you deserve.

Activities + exercises tailored to help you navigate life as a late-discovered neurodivergent adult, addressing challenges like burnout, executive functioning, and self-acceptance.
This group provides a safe space for sharing your experiences and connecting with others who have walked the same path. It's a unique opportunity to deepen your journey of self-discovery and growth.
Pricing should be all about creating an exchange that feels fair and supportive. Not just for an individual, but for our whole community.
That's why my service pricing tiers are inspired by The Green Bottle Model from Worts + Cunning. This pricing structure gives each member the flexibility to choose a price point that works for their life circumstance.
Please take a look at the criteria and select the option that feels like a safe and comfortable commitment. If you're stuck between two tiers, pick the one that feels right for where you’re at right now.
The doors are open until February 9th, 2025 so there’s still time to join us!
I can’t wait to welcome you into this space. ❤️

"Working with Allison connected so many dots for me. The emotional belief work hit hard... it was like uncovering something I’d been stumbling over for years. The validation and tools I gained through this [group] have been invaluable. If you’ve ever felt unsure of your neurodivergence, this is going to be the perfect experience for you."

"Being a part of this group helped my brain go, "Hey, so, we're not actually failing in any way... we're just AuDHD!" The relief of this realization was a complete game-changer for me. Seriously, if you’re considering working with Allison, just do it. You will not regret it!"
Past group member, age 29
"The validation I received from Allison and others in the group was powerful. It helped me feel seen in ways I realized I never actually had been before. I’ve spent so much time compensating without understanding why, but now I finally feel like I'm living honestly. I’m so grateful for (Allison's) insight and the support she provides!"
