At least 5, odd number of “Board of Directors”
They vote for the important strategy of SFYAD
President and Vice-President are part of the board.
Executive Officers

Officers executes strategy/events
Officers are appointed by President
Need at least Secretary and Treasurer
Officers can be any functions defined as needed
Events officer, media officer, volunteer officer, etc.
When you vote, you are voting for who gets into the Committee, not specifically President or VP.
Top 5 voted candidates will form the Committee.
After committee is elected
Committee vote within themselves for the President and VP.
Top voted committee members are elected President and VP.
President & VP will appoint officers.
Officers could be committee members.
