Activity #1 Strengths and Weaknesses: The first activity was a group/table activity. Participants were asked to identify strengths and weaknesses for each of five starter scenarios that were presented. Presented below are a summary of those responses.
Activity #2 - Brainstorm Masterplan Scenarios: For the second activity, participants were for their ideas regarding scenarios to consider. They were asked to feel free to think out of the box options that might be considered — alternative changes to grade configurations — new combined junior and senior high— building all new K-12 buildings (probably not a good idea but a scenario), etc. A wide range of options were suggested. Presented below are the more common themes. The full array of responses can be found in the verbatim document below.
7 Tables – Identified additional new facilities some related to those outlined below but also simply a replacement HS5 Tables – 6-12 Campus: Varied from a new building for all grades, new 6-8 at ALAH HS site, New HS and New MS on same site.4 Tables – Athletics upgrades/fields/field house4 Tables – Fine arts items to be added, auditorium for community, etc.2 Tables – Tech/Vocational Building
