To ensure safe and effective treatment, a veterinary referral and medical history is required before we can book your pet for Physiotherapy or Hydrotherapy treatment. Please contact your regular veterinarian to arrange this.

Alternatively, you can book an Initial Vet Rehab Therapist Assessment directly with us. In either case, we will request your pet's medical history prior to the appointment, to ensure our team can conduct the best treatment for your companion.

Many of our services at Black Dog Physio are covered by pet insurance, but coverage can vary depending on your individual policy and provider. We highly recommend contacting your insurance company before your appointment to confirm what treatments and sessions are included under your plan. Knowing your level of cover in advance helps you plan effectively for your pet’s care. If you need any documentation or receipts for claims, we are happy to provide them.
