Monday:

- Suit out (changing is important to maintain good hygiene and the quality of their clothing).

- Warm ups (stretching, curl ups, and pushups)

- Fitness Day: Jog/walk 4 laps

Tuesday:

- Suit out

- Warm ups (stretching, curl ups, and pushups)

- Game Day: Deception

Wednesday:

- Suit out

- Warm ups (stretching, curl ups, and jog)

- Fitness Day: 30 Minute Group workout

Thursday:

- Suit out

- Warm ups (stretching, curl ups, pushups, and jog)

- Game Day: Kick ball

Friday:

- Suit out

- Warm ups (stretching, curl ups, pushups, and jog)

- Choice Day

· Please remember if a student is to be excused from participation in class a note/email from a parent must be brought to verify illness or injury.

· If the illness or injury lasts more than two days a doctor’s note is required.

· If a student is to be excused from class for more than three days they will be given an alternative assignment for their daily grade.
